  • 摘要:Wireless multimedia sensor network is a type of sensor networks, which is capable to extort the nearby ecological information, locally processing it and then wirelessly transmit it to the base station. The large amount of data is processed and transmitted in the wireless multimedia sensor network so that high energy consumption which leads to packet error rate and inefficiency in bandwidth and energy utilization. So, a new architecture and protocol is used for improving energy efficiency and reduce the packet loss. The background subtraction is a method which is used to detect moving objects. This method has high energy efficient and reduces the packet error rate. Still, there is a limitation in customer satisfaction because there is less qualityofservice. So, in this research an innovative framework is introduced which is called a new QoE framework for Multimedia services (named as QoM). This method computes the quality of video streaming services based on the weightage of QoE factors, QoS parameters both in application and network level. The proposed QoM framework facilitates customers to watch the multimedia service and give their feedback in textual format. The main function of the new QoM framework is to observe the QoS and QoE data and transmit the alert messages to the administrator according to some rules. The main function of administrator is to view the user comments and also view the network level status information and provide the multimedia services to the customers. Experimental results show that when compared to the existing system, in the proposed system is highly efficient in terms of user satisfaction and energy consumption.
