摘要：Abnormal origin and course of Left Circumflex Artery (LCx) from the right aortic sinus is usually deemed a non-malignant condition but herein we present a case of 61-years-old male who despite having no evidence of obstructive coronary atherosclerosis underwent sudden death attributable to this anomaly.
