摘要：Objective: To evaluate the labels of dietary supplements for physically active, check that the labels of supplements for physically active are obeying the laws of the Health Surveillance Methodology: The analysis was conducted with dietary supplements, energy to reposition the type of practitioners activity physical, sales at specialty stores in the city of Brasilia, Distrito Federal. The nutritional information were evaluated according to existing laws to physical activities, according to parameters presented by ANVISA. Results: We identified different types of mismatches to the regulations. Conclusion: The performance of the health professional, efficient supervision and development of education programs are actions that seek to minimize risk to consumer health.
