摘要：Higher education, in all four corners of the world, has nowadays the theme and reality of the internationalization process that has intensified the circulation of students, teachers and researchers to conduct studies and research abroad. This article is an approximation, through literature research and document analysis, of the dialogue established between the Portuguese and Brazilian Social Work from 1960 on, to identify international relations within the qualification and training of teaching staff and researchers in Social Work in the context of the transformation of education and internationalization of higher education.
