摘要：El objetivo de este artículo es analizar la relación entre Colombia e Israel durante la presidencia de Álvaro Uribe (2002-2010) a la luz de la teoría del rol nacional formulada por Kalevi J. Holsti (1970). Hasta 2001 la relación entre ambos países estuvo marcada por la distancia y varios problemas, pero a partir de 2002 las cosas cambiaron hasta el punto de volverse muy buenos aliados y socios comerciales. En este artículo se pretende explicar que el giro hacia una nueva relación responde, entre otros factores, a que ambos Estados comparten el rol de agente antiterrorista, tanto a nivel local como global, enmarcado en un contexto de lucha global contra el terrorismo desatada por los ataques del 11 de Septiembre.
其他摘要：The aim of this article is to analyze the relationship between Colombia and Israel during the presidency of Álvaro Uribe (2002-2010) in the light of the national role theory introduced by Kalevi J. Holsti (1970). Until 2001 the relationship between the two countries was complicated by the distance between them and various problems, but after 2002 this situation changed, and the two nations became very good allies and commercial partners. This article aims to explain that the shift toward a new relationship is, among other things, in response to the fact that both states share the role of anti-terrorist agent, both locally and globally, framed in a context of global war against terrorism sparked by the September 11 th attacks.
