摘要：Este artigo propõe a discussão da solidariedadesocial, tendo como referência as transformações capitalis-tas das últimas décadas do século XX e o surgimento deformas alternativas de geração de renda, fora das relaçõesde assalariamento formal, que estruturaram políticas sociaisinclusivas. Tendo como referência o movimento de econo-mia solidária no Brasil, abordamos algumas questões fun-damentais do debate sobre a construção da solidariedadesocial que a configurou: o coletivismo laico e o católico, oEstado de Bem-Estar Social, a crise do trabalho e da chama-da sociedade salarial.
其他摘要：This paper purposes a discussion about social solidarity,having as reference the capitalist transformations in the lastdecades of the 20th century as well as the appearing of alternativeforms of income generating out of the salary formal relationships,which have structured the inclusive social policies. Having thesolidarity economy movement in Brazil as reference, we face a somefundamental issues of the debate about the social solidarity buildingembraces: the secular and the Catholic collectivism, the WelfareState, the crisis of work and the so-called wage-based society.
