摘要：En este trabajo se reflexiona acerca de la importancia de la Bioética contemporánea en la preservación de derechos que se consideran como fundamentales como el derecho a la vida y a la salud. Es importante destacar la trascendencia de la Bioética en un momento histórico caracterizado por grandes avances en la ciencia y la tecnología; sin embargo existe el riesgo de vulnerar principios fundamentales en las investigaciones científicas, por ello se requiere conocer las recomendaciones utilizadas como guías en las investigaciones que incluyan a seres humanos. Es fundamental evaluar el riesgo y el beneficio, con la finalidad de salvaguardar la integridad de los participantes en una investigación y lograr el respeto a derechos fundamentales.
其他摘要：This work reflects about the importance of contemporary bioethics in preserving rights considered fundamental, such as the rights to life and health. It is important to emphasize the transcendence of bioethics at a his toric moment characterized by great advances in science and technology; nevertheless, the risk of infringing on fundamental principles in scientific research exists, and it is necessary to know the recommendations utilized as guides in research that includes human beings. It is fundamental to evaluate the risk and the benefit in order to protect the integrity of participants in a scientific investigation and achieve respect for fundamental rights.
