标题：Fórum dos Coordenadores de Programas de Pós-Graduação em Educação: apontamentos históricos

摘要：A ANPEd reúne duas categorias de sócios: os institucionais, representados por coordenadores de programas de pós-graduação em educação, e os individuais, professores, pesquisadores e pós-graduandos em educação. Desde sua criação em 1978, os coordenadores tiveram participação em suas reuniões anuais, discutindo problemas relacionados a seus cursos e suas relações com as agências de coordenação da pós-graduação e de fomento à pesquisa. Com o mesmo objetivo, criaram eles, em 1993, no interior da ANPEd, o Fórum dos Coordenadores de Programas. Como em 1981 já haviam sido criados os grupos de trabalhos, a ANPEd passou a constituir-se em duas instâncias: os grupos de trabalho, nos quais era feita a apresentação da produção científica dos sócios individuais, e o Fórum, que se preocupava com as políticas dos cursos de pós-graduação em educação e em particular com a sua avaliação. Neste artigo propôs-se resgatar problemas enfrentados pelos coordenadores de programas, desde o início da ANPEd (1978), passando pelos anos de constituição, institucionalização e legitimação do Fórum (1993- 2002), até os dias de hoje (2007); e refletir sobre questões que fecundaram a atuação dos coordenadores nesses anos, assim como compreender os caminhos que estão sendo construídos por eles no interior de sua associação. Para tanto, foram realizadas pesquisa documental e bibliográfica e entrevistas com pesquisadores que participaram na organização do Fórum. Esperase trazer subsídios para a compreensão da história do Fórum e da ANPEd, bem como que sua leitura sirva de intróito aos novos coordenadores que iniciam sua trajetória nesse coletivo.
其他摘要：The ANPEd brings together two types of member: institutions represented by coordinators of postgraduate programmes in education and individual members lecturers, researchers and postgraduate students in education. Since its creation in 1978, the coordinators have participated in the associations annual meetings, discussing problems related to their courses and otheir relations with the agencies which coordinate postgraduate studies and foment research. In 1993, they created the Forum of Programme Coordinators within ANPEd for the same reasons. As ANPEd had already created the system of working groups in 1981, the association was made up of two levels: the working groups in which the individual members presented their scientific production and the Forum whose central concern was policy for postgraduate programmes in education and especially for the evaluation of those programmes. This article seeks to recover problems faced by programme coordinators since the creation of ANPEd (1978), including the years of its constitution, institutionalization and legitimization of the Forum (1993-2002), up to the present date (2007). It also proposes to reflect on questions which enriched the action of the coordinators during these years as well as to understand the principles which they are constructing within the association. To achieve this goal, a documental and bibliographic research was carried out and interviews were made with researchers who participated in the organization of the Forum. The article also seeks to provide subsidies for the understanding of the history of the Forum and of ANPEd as well as serving as an introduction for new coordinators who are beginning their trajectory in this collective enterprise.
