标题：El Servicio de Asistencia Técnica a la Escuela: aproximaciones a su configuración en México

摘要：El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar los primeros bosquejos del Servicio de Asistencia Técnica a la Escuela ( SATE ) en el marco de la reforma educativa vigente en México, servicio cuyos lineamientos federales no han sido definidos aún. Con este fin se analizaron todos los documentos legales y diversos documentos programáticos que se han publicado a lo largo de 2013 y 2014 referidos a educación básica. El artículo está organizado en tres apartados: en primer lugar se presentan los antecedentes de este tipo de servicio en México; en un segundo apartado se revisa la información que se incluye sobre el SATE en los documentos normativos d e la política educativa vigente, y en un tercer apartado se hacen consideraciones sobre lo que se tendría que tomar en cuenta para la adecuada instrumentación de un servicio de esta naturaleza.
其他摘要：This article aims to analyze first drafts of a coaching service to schools (SATE, for its acronym in Spanish) in the context of current educational reform in Mexico. To this end all legal documents and various program documents that have been released throughout 2013 and 2014 relating to basic education were analyzed. The paper is organized in three sections. The history of this type of service in Mexico is presented first; the second section includes information on the SATE as included in the legal documents of the current educational policy. In a third section some comments on what have to be taken into account for the proper implementation of a service of this nature are made.
