摘要：O objetivo deste artigo é refletir sobre a relação dialógica entre a investigação histórica e o turismo de base comunitária (TBC), considerando seus aspectos de sustentabilidade da memória social, cultural e histórica, por meio de contextos que revelam processos dialéticos de construção do conhecimento. Nesse sentido, ressalta-se que os estudos sobre a investigação histórica com foco de aplicação no turismo de base comunitária são inovadores, interdisciplinares e, portanto, incipientes. Para tanto, revelam elementos que se constituem em fundamentação teórico-metodológica dos referenciais utilizados, incluindo uma análise contextualizada de projeto de extensão da Universidade do Estado da Bahia (UNEB) sobre o turismo de base comunitária, desenvolvido na localidade do Cabula e entorno, Salvador, Bahia. Considerações finais apontam potencialidades na pesquisa histórica refletida em estreita associação aos elementos constitutivos das próprias práticas dos sujeitos e temas abordados.
其他摘要：The objective of this paper is to discuss the dialogical relationship between historical research and community-based tourism (TBC). This is done through the analysis of the sustainability aspects of the social, cultural, and historical memory in contexts which reveal dialectical processes of knowledge construction. In this regard, it is noteworthy that studies on historical research focused on the implementation of community-based tourism are innovative, interdisciplinary and therefore incipient. As such, they reveal elements that represent a theoretical-methodological basis for the used referencials, including a contextualized analysis of an outreach project of the University of Bahia (UNEB) on community-based tourism, developed at the city of Cabula and its surroundings in Salvador, Bahia state. Conclusions reveal potentialities in historical research, as evidenced by the close association of the studied actors, practices and topics.
