摘要:The present research aims at studying academic behavior concerning the professors’ pedagogical training and the possibility of building university teaching through the Political-Pedagogical Project. The methodological guidelines used are based on ethnographic principles, involving case study, observation, document analysis and interviews with professors/coordinators/students. Provisionally we highlight that Political-Pedagogical Projects which counteract the institutions’ vertical operation models can contribute to university teaching education. This is not a linear process promptly understood and adopted by all but rather a process permeated by contradictions, interests, political options, internal and external pressures. However, for being an open, dialogical and dialectical process and due to those characteristics being used as foundation, they will allow for the upsurge of contradictions and, collectively the construction of its outgrowth.
