摘要:The purpose of this text is to analyze the ways that the International Organizations — the World Bank and Unesco — have been developing the neoliberal policy in order to redefine the population, more specifically public education in the developing countries. The methodology chosen was a documental analysis, embracing the most recent documents of those organizations and analyzing them according to the selected bibliography. By analyzing these documents we were able to identify that the International Organizations prioritize education because they consider it a political strategy to reduce poverty and also an instrument to support neoliberal policy development.
