摘要:The following text presents the results of a research on impacts incurred by a proposal of management of the Brazilian Basic Education System, named School The following text presents the results of a research on impacts incurred by a proposal of management of the Brazilian Basic Education System, named School Development Plan. This investigation shows how that proposal was carried out in the schools. It also analyzes the impact of this proposal on the organization of school work. Although based on autonomy and participation principies, this proposal focusses on a strategical and managing vision, centered on the rationalization of dispenditures and on operational eficiency. The results point out that some schools tend to privilege the strategical proposal, rather than the political and pedagogical project of the school,
