摘要：The aim of this work is to present an approach to agile manufacturing, its main characteristics and its differences with other concepts to which it is frequently assimilated: lean production (or just in time production),flexible manufacturing or mass customization. Similarly, we identify a model that integrates the determining elements of agile manufacturing, the practices to be implemented and its performance. Finally, the conclusions deal with the implications of the development and implementation of an agile manufacturing model for firms
