  • 摘要:In this paper we analyse the concept of the Corporate Social Responsibility with regard to Human Resources management. We explain the advantages and disadvantages of the Corporate Social Responsibility and also five implements in order to carry out the Corporate Social Responsibility. Finally, we study the introduction of the most advanced and powerful tool: the standard SA8000.
