摘要：Based on the analysis of the technological, quality and organizational dimensions, the present article describes the main organisational profiles adopted by the Spanish manufacturing firms to face the challenges created by the new environmental conditions. At the same time we discuss some of the main barriers that difficult the transition towards more innovative organisational models in the Spanish manufacturing industry
