摘要:Increasing the use and application of hydrogen as a source of renewable energy, seriousness required in the handling of security and surveillance. Security issues associated with hydrogen gas further hampered by the high cost of instruments needed to measure the percentage of explosive limit, flow rate and pressure generated This research will examine the use of virtual sensors based on the model of the hydrogen in the sintering furnace output As early stages of the sintering process is done to obtain data that describes the behavior of hydrogen in adequate data acquisition system of sintering process. From the experimental results for on-line data acquisition in measuring eleven variables showed a good performance, no event of failure or interruption of data acquisition. The data obtained is sufficient as material for understanding the characteristics of the sintering process in establishing monitoring systems and processes more.
