A gold-layer photograph using silver halide photosensitive materials is provided by the gold deposition developing method and the burning after the development. This image has high resolution and durability. It can make a hologram with thin grating composed of gold layer. In this study, we investigated the baking condition that was suitable for making a gold-layer hologram. Suitable gold-layer holograms were obtained by baking at low temperature-raising rate and at high temperature. When the temperature-raising rate was changed at 400°C, there were more suitable conditions that the luster of gold metal and the diffraction efficiency increased.
