The pressure distributions over the surface of ship moving on the free surface are varied with Froud's number Fr. Therefore the coefficients of frictional resistances are also varied with Fr. In this paper the pressure distributions are calculated by using Havelock's wave-making theory, and the variations of frictional resistances of cylindrical ship caused by her wave-making are calculated.
