摘要:A review has been presented on the basic principle and characteristics of radioimmunoassay, methods for preparation of immunogens and labeled haptens, immunization techniques, and general procedure and specificity of radioimmunoassay. Homogeneous immunoassay, spin and enzyme immunoassay, has also been stated briefly. The examples cited, morphine, lyergic acid diethylamid (LSD), 2, 5-dimethoxy-4-methylamphetamine (DOM), mescaline, barbiturates, tubocurarine, diazepam, nicotine, amphetamine, fentanyl, and diphenylhydantoin, are almost restricted to drugs relating to forensic chemistry, on which radioimmunoassay has developed to date. The sensitivity and specificity under the conditions used for radioimmunoassay are given for each sample. The drugs described above have been determined rapidly and specifically, in the order of nanogram to picogram in body fluids without pretreatment of samples. Finally, it is concluded that the sensitive, specific, and rapid radioimmunoassay will take the place of other analytical techniques for the determination of effective drugs in human body in future.
