摘要：Both ether and ester glucuronides of salicylic acid were detected by paper chromatography in the urine of rabbits receiving salicylic acid. The ether glucuronide was isolated as methyl (o-methoxycarbonylphenyl 2, 3, 4-tri-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosid) uronate and the structure was confirmed with the synthetic compound.
