摘要:To construct a unified model of complex adaptive milling system for thin-walled parts, this paper proposed a continuous-discrete hybrid adaptive milling system driven by in-process data. Firstly, in-process data are collected to construct the information model of machining system, which is used for process parameters adaptive optimization. Then, the machining chatter and error are taken as continuous variables. Typical operations are packed as services, and the random states are defined as discrete events. Finally, finite state automata is employed for modelling the service-oriented hybrid adaptive milling system. Based on the proposed unified model, a prototype system of adaptive milling contained hardware and software is developed to verify the proposed methodology and system. The unified finite state automata model of service-oriented continuous-discrete hybrid adaptive milling can provide theoretical fundamentals for the control and management of complex adaptive milling system for thin-walled parts.
