摘要:In this large longitudinal study, home workers during the COVID-19 pandemic (March 2020-January 2021) were less physically active and more sedentary than before the pandemic compared to workers who worked on location. These results imply that efforts are needed to encourage home workers to engage in sufficient physical activity and to reduce their sitting time in order to promote home workers’ health.
