摘要:The stretchable display has design characteristics that it can do multi-axis transformation, express curved surface, and provide 3D interaction and physical tactual experience. Focused on the automotive field, which is one of the major application fields of the stretchable display, the experience factors and detailed attributes that user expects when the stretchable display is applied. Above all, through the literature on the stretchable display interface, the distinctive design attributes are studied, and the user research analysis standard is built by organizing the detailed factors from the preceding automotive user experience literature. On the first user research, the user expectation experience factors and the detailed attributes are analyzed and defined by exploratory collection of data by conducting contextual research and in-depth interview. By adding the expectation experience attributes organized from the preceding literature to the new 37 expectation experience attributes derived from this, 60 experience attributes are organized, and they are analyzed into 13 factors. On the second user research, the positive verification is conducted on these through online survey and confirmatory factor analysis. Finally, 13 factors (‘safety’, ‘high quality’, ‘multi-sensory’, ‘pleasure of novelty’, ‘contextual control convenience ‘, ‘physical/mental freedom’, ‘relaxation service spatiality’, ‘productive activity spatiality‘, ‘uniqueness‘, ‘aesthetical fashion‘, ‘interface expandability‘, ‘continuous improvement’, ‘human/object communication‘) and 54 attributes are organized. Deduced user experience factors and detailed attributes can be provided as a purpose of the stretchable display design on automotive, provided as an evaluation standard after the design, and used as an index for the technical development direction.
