摘要:A study was conducted to investigate the behavior and mechanics of NaXzeolite on the adsorption of (Pb2+, Cd2+, and Cu2+) from simulated wastewater. NaXzeolite was synthesized from coal gangue by an Alkali-based hydrothermal process. A number of techniques have been employed to analyze the production of adsorbents, including X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy with X-ray energy analysis (SEM-EDX), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), X-ray fluorescent (XRF), and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET). The effects of adsorbent dosage, pH, time, temperature, and initial concentration of NaXzeolite on the adsorption of Pb2+, Cd2+, and Cu2+ were investigated. To investigate the mechanisms and capacities of experimental adsorption, Langmuir, Freundlich, and Temkin isotherms were employed. In certain conditions, the Langmuir isotherm showed that the adsorbent layer had an adsorption capacity of 88.3, 87.9 and 88.5 mg/g of Pb2+, Cu2+ and Cd2+, with linear regression coefficients (R2 > 0.979) for all three metals. Bioavailability, Optimal doses of 0.5 g/L NaXzeolite at pH of 5 & 6 in condition 25°C in 90 minutes removed >99% for all three metals.
