  • 摘要:In this paper, we highlight the existence of some instability in finite element method appearing for high values of the Peclet number in the model of hydrogen diffusion in materials. A stabilization technique is used to overcome the instability problem and therefore improve this scheme. We manage to improve the scheme and decrease the instability, and we highlight the strong influence of the stabilization parameter in this particular case.
