摘要：The present study sought to contribute in improving the experience of the applicants in the adoption process, more specifically in the waiting period, between entering the National Register of Adoption (NRA) and the implementation of adoption itself, with the arrival of the expected child. This process has been investigated from the perspective of Design Anthropology which has the necessary means for a more in-depth research of such a complex problem.
