摘要:The purpose of this article is to analyze the relationship between health, pedagogy and well-being. The World Health Organization (WHO) defines "health" as a "state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not simply the absence of disease." Except for individual determinants, it is understandable that health is related to the condition of the population. In the first paragraph we refer to the concept of health in its different forms, then we move on to the analysis of the concept of well-being. The third paragraph focuses on the role of motor activity as an indispensable element for achieving a state of well-being.
