摘要：Vietnam is on the way of development quickly and there are many hot social issues including but not limited to: children right protection. Children have their own rights and obligations, no one has the right to abuse or hinder children from exercising those rights and obligations. Authors mainly use methods of historicalism and dialectical materialism combined with experiences, observations with experiences, practical situation with cases studies in Vietnam combined with qualitative analysis. Study shows that Parents, teachers, caregivers.. need to respect personal freedom, protect children's personal information and privacy in cyberspace. Update skills to ensure information safety and protect children in cyberspace; teach their children skills in using IT equipment, the Internet, and social networks safely; teach children how to behave in a safe, creative, healthy and responsible. Last but not least, our paper shows ideas of President Ho Chi Minh in protecting children rights.
