摘要:Objectives: Present how to improve teaching skills and communicative skill and also Present K.Marx, Lenin and Ho Chi Minh ideologies on education. Methods:authors use in this study explanatory method and qualitative analytical combined with evaluation of teamteachers’ points of view regarding the effect of team-teaching, in detail, on their professional development. Results and conclusions:By being exposed to colleagues' expertise on the subject being taught, critique, different planning and organization styles as well as methods of class presentation, teachers can improve their approaches to teaching and acquire a greater depth of understanding of the subject matter of the unit or module.
