Data measurement tools included Heisen (2009) standard web-based education questionnaire, Podsakoff, Mackenzie, Morman & Fetter (1991) organizational behavior questionnaire, and a researcher-made information technology questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts and by calculating Cronbach's alpha, the reliability of web-based education questionnaires was 0.91, information technology was equal to 0.87 and organizational behavior was equal to 0.82, which showed that the questionnaires have relatively high reliability.Data analysis method was descriptive statistics (frequency calculation, percentages, standard deviation and bar graph) and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and t-test) through SPSS 22 software program. Results: The results showed that web-based training and information technology have an effect on organizational behavior of employees.
