摘要：First, Consumer protection Law 2010 and amendment pointed Vulnerable consumers under this Act include: Children in accordance with the law on children; By using qualitative and synthesis methods, the paper shows children’s ability to handle information and data is somewhat limited compared to adults so we nee to prevent them from making decision with dimensions-based as adults. Also there are limitations sin current Law, So, the development of the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights (amended) is a necessary and timely action, not only to overcome the shortcomings and inadequacies posed in the process. to implement the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights, but also to implement the Party and State's policy on perfecting the institution on protecting consumers' interests; ensure compliance with documents in the legal system, especially provisions of the Civil Code and specialized legal documents; ensure the implementation of international commitments that Vietnam has signed, joined or is in the process of completing procedures to join.
