标题：The comparison of mental health of medical and administrative staff of Kosar Semnan Educational and Medical Hospital during corona epidemic

摘要：Introduction: Mental health of individuals in advancing the national and ideal goals of societies is the utmost importance in terms of saving material and spiritual costs. According to the Covid 19 epidemic and the risk of treatment factors, the present study was conducted with the aimed to compare mental health among treatment staff and administrative staff. Work Method: The present study is based on cross-sectional descriptive-analytical method that was performed in 2019 in Kosar Educational and Research Hospital in Semnan.Among 324 administrative and medical personnel,approximately 259 medical personnel and65 administrative personnel wereincluded into the study according to the inclusion criteria.In this study, the standard 28-item Goldberg questionnaire was used.The results were analyzed using SPSS software version21. Results:The mean total score of mental health in medicalpersonnel and administrative personnel was 66.2381 and 77.1351, respectively. There was asignificantstatisticaldifference between the two groups (p-value <0.05). In this study, there was a significant relationship between age, marital status and mental health,but there was no observed significant relationship between job, education level and gender. Conclusion:Mental health is different in administrative and medical personnel during corona periods. So that mental healthwas more in administrative staff than medical staff.
