摘要:The aim of the current research is to design a proposed strategy for developing e-learning skills in light of the distance education requirements of faculty members at the University of Hail. To achieve this goal, the descriptive analytical approach was used, represented by a survey of literature, previous studies, and tools for the subject of the research, (a survey of experts’ opinions on the list of distance education requirements, a list of e-learning skills, a survey of training needs for e-learning skills, and a design criteria card for the proposed strategy). In light of the opinions of experts and specialists in the field of educational technology and the actual needs of possessing e-learning skills for a sample of faculty members, which consisted of (120) members in some faculties at the University of Hail. The results showed that there are high training needs for e-learning skills in all its three fields (planning - implementation - evaluation). In light of these results, a proposed strategy has been designed to develop e-learning skills in light of the distance education requirements of faculty members at the University of Hail, and arbitrated by specialists in training programs and educational technology according to a special evaluation card to take into account the availability of technical and educational standards in its design. The necessary modifications were made and the proposed strategy became in its final form; In light of this, some recommendations has been recommended and a number of suggestions were provided for future research.
