摘要:Job satisfaction was an important issue that has drew the attention of both managers and preceptors in the business. Various studies have been conducted to determine the factors that influence job satisfaction and how they affect organisational performance. Work satisfaction is another important approach for pushing employees to perform better. As the cliché goes, a happy employee is a valuable worker. A contented employee is one who is happy with his or her job in general. Because most people spend a substantial amount of their lives at work, job satisfaction is quite important. The goal of this research is to see how human capital factors affect employee happiness at Axles India Private Limited. It also aims to investigate employee perceptions of the company's working place.
