摘要：Women – They are the real strength of the world. Developing the economic status of the women will change her community totally, at the same time when they compare to men, women are self-determined and consistence in their progress. Now-a-days women play an equal role in all aspects. This study reflects the women empowerment through access of economic resources in self-help group. This study also analyses how the self-help groups are working and managing and how it develops the community and also the economic and social factors. This kind of groups will co-ordinate with each other in that SHG and also other locality SHG. Government also provides assistance to create more SHGs and promote women to be financially independent. SHGs not only start the business and also they can give training to their members’ on how to handle this business independently. Through SHG, government will generate employment to females and also it gives an earning capacity so their family status will improve also it directly represents the progress in country’s economy.
