摘要:Achievement in learning is indicated by the assessments carried out, so this study aims to examine and analyze the role of professional teacher competence in all districts in Kupang, NTT, totaling 500 teachers. The Slovin formula was used to determine the sample using an error level of 5%, so that 200 teachers were obtained proportionally distributed in 3 districts in Kupang, NTT. Data was collected by direct interviews based on a prepared questionnaire. As a supporter, the SmartPLS application is used. The outcomes showed that skill and dominance of innovation had a critical constructive outcome on the presentation of expert instructors. The dominance of innovation utilized by instructors goes about as a middle person of educator capability and instructor proficient assessment. These outcomes give data on the best way to further develop educator execution. This is important to help the improvement of capability and innovation by educators.
