摘要：AbstractIn this work an application for analysis of the spectrum in magnetic resonance spectroscopy is presented. For the purpose of analysis a dedicated, custom program was developed. Furthermore, the work presents the principle of operation of magnetic resonance spectroscopy and its application, mainly in oncology. We also describe an application developed to load the file in the DICOM standard using the Graphical User Interface window, determine the parameters for the appropriate metabolites necessary for the Gaussian function, estimate the concentration of metabolites and the relations between them. Some example usage Some example usage of the application is also included in the paper.
