摘要：This study aims to find effective measures implementation of cooperative learning type Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) that can improve student learning outcomes X.5 class SMA Negeri 1 Bontonompo in the subject matter of chemical bonding and nomenclature of compounds. This research is a classroom action research. This study was conducted by two cycles. First cycle four times as much as the second cycle of meetings and four meetings. The research subject is class X.5 SMA Negeri 1 Bontonompo the academic year 2013/2014, amounting to 32 students. The results showed that the students' learning outcomes SMA Negeri 1 Bontonompo X.5 class change after the implementation of cooperative learning TAI type. Proven completeness class ride and the initial value is 56.70% according to the documentation SMA Negeri 1 Bontonompo class X.5 increased to 71.87% in the first cycle and 100% in the second cycle.
