摘要：A program to enhance the economic & technical grid reliability is proposed in the light of improving grid reliability, The economic model of power grid upgrade program is built up. The solutions to optimize efficiency are presented step by step based on the estimated investment program & minimum portfolio optimization program. Taking the real data of certain power supply company as example, the proposed method is proved to have certain practical value.
