摘要：Conflict mediation applied by public security, in the headquarters of a police station, consists of a modern alternative practice of police intervention, with a view to social pacification and prevention of violence and crime. Restorative justice, in turn, has creativity and sensitivity as its guidelines, based on a qualified listening to victims and their respective offenders, enabling the satisfactory restoration of those involved. In the present study, the indices of registrations of the Bulletin of Occurrence were analyzed, in the seat of crimes of lesser offensive potential, at the regional level, through the Monitoring Panel of Criminal Incidence in Tocantins, and after, the application of a justice project was proposed. by the Porto Nacional Police Department, with the aim of implementing a pilot version in the state of Tocantins.
