摘要:The objective of the research was to analyze the phytosociology and floristic diversity of a stretch of dense ombrophilous forest located in the Eastern Amazon. With the systemic method, 5 plots of 1 ha were allocated, spaced 0.5 km apart, in a transect of 5 km long by 0.3 km wide. Phytosociological parameters were used for the horizontal and vertical structure. 965 individuals were inventoried, with DBH ≥ 20 cm, classified into 35 families and 92 tree species. Sturges' formula Determined 11 classes of DAP, forming an inverted “J”. The Shannon diversity index was 2.39 nats ind-1 and the Jaccard similarity index was equal to or above 0.33. The most representative families in the study area were Fabaceae (232), Lecythidaceae (143), Sapotaceae (132), and the species with the highest values in the importance value analysis are Pouteria guianensis Aubl. (12.24%), Licania paraensis (10.41%) and Guatteria poeppigiana Mart. (10.10%).
