摘要:Introduction: Active teaching and learning methodologies have been used in everyday school environments to better integrate students and develop critical thinking. This study has as a guiding question: How to apply gamification in the teaching of a technical nursing course General Objective: To analyze the use of gamification as an active teaching-learning methodology strategy for technical nursing students. Specific objectives: Develop elements of game designers to teach nursing fundamentals to technical course students; apply gamification, in the form of a game board, as an active teaching methodology in the classroom according to the game elements elaborated; evaluate student learning in relation to the range of skills such as collaboration, leadership, creativity, among others necessary for understanding the content. Method: Qualitative, exploratory, and participatory approach. Which will take place in a private High School-Technical Institution, located in the metropolitan region of Rio de Janeiro. The research participants will be the students of a class who attend the Fundamentals of Nursing discipline. The research will be submitted to the Research Ethics Committee of the Universidade Federal Fluminense and the Municipal Health Department of the State of Rio de Janeiro. Workshops will be used as a data collection instrument. The treatment and analysis of the collected data will be worked through the technique of content analysis according to Bardin.
