摘要：Objective: to identify nurses' perceptions about humanized care in the face of the use of technologies and their relationship with bioethics in a neonatal intensive care unit. Methodology: Qualitative study, carried out through semi-structured interviews with 11 neonatal intensive care nurses who had been working for at least one year in the area, linked at a university hospital located in the Southern Triangle region of the State of Minas Gerais – Brazil. The sample was delimited by theoretical data saturation. The interviews were recorded, transcribed in full and analyzed using the Content Analysis technique. Results: three categories emerged: Humanization and technology; Bioethics and humanization; Bioethics and Technology; and, a subcategory: Assistance protocols and technology. Conclusion: The use of technologies and their relationship with bioethics in the studied scenario involved needs for actions that can be mediated with humanizing attitudes understood as light technologies to mediate these situations.
