摘要:The aim of the study was to evaluate the presence of fibronectin and tenascin immunomarkers in the subcutaneous tissue of rats with Biodentine bioceramic repair cement, when compared to White Angelus MTA and Ca(OH)2. Polyethylene tubes were implanted in the subcutaneous tissue of 32 male Wistar rats containing the materials and an empty tube for control (n = 8 animals). After days 7, 15, 30 and 60, the animals were euthanized, the polyethylene tubes removed with the surrounding tissues, and specimens were prepared for immunostaining analysis. Data were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis and Dunn test with a significance level of 5%. The materials showed a moderate pattern of immunostaining for fibronectin after 7 days and tenascin after 15 days. The Biodentine group at 60 days was the only one that showed a high standard of immunostaining for glycoproteins. We can conclude that Biodentine cement induced a higher pattern of immunostaining of tenascin and fribronectin within 60 days, and equaling White Angelus MTA and Ca(OH)2 in the other periods, showing superior results to other materials.
