摘要：Workers' cooperatives, which belong to the Colombian agricultural sector, contribute significantly to the solidarity economy, creating jobs and GDP growth. However, its performance is poorly understood. The objective of this work is to analyze the determinants of the efficiency of these organizations during the period 2003-2015. The technique used is the two-stage DEA non-parametric technique. The results indicate technical efficiency of 21% on average, with a growth trend in the number of efficient organizations. Finally, the management of administrators and the increase in associates are considered to determine efficiency.
