摘要：The objective of this communication is to analyze the management of scientific publications from the Faculty of Social and Humanistic Sciences of the Agrarian University of Havana. A high number of investigations is recognized, being the visibility of publications scarce. Through a descriptive-explanatory research, from quantitative-qualitative perspectives, the interest falls on the ignorance of the theory and structure of a scientific article; the little knowledge and application of the methodological design of a scientific investigation; and the conditions under which the investigation is carried out; the management of the norms of publication in scientific research journals; teacher demotivation.
