摘要：Open innovation has provided more opportunities and broader space for Small- and Medium- sized Enterprises (SMEs for short) in innovative practices, but also brought new challenges to SMEs. Focusing on the performance of SMEs in open innovation, this paper conducts a literature commentary from several aspects including innovation performance, constraints, impact and strategy of improving open innovation performance of SMEs on the basis of systematic domestic and foreign literature review. The paper also points out the direction for future research.
