摘要：Convolvulaceae Juss. it is one of the important climbing habit families present in the Brazilian flora and in Bahia. The aim of this work is to analyze the occurrence of Convolvulaceae in the city of Vitória da Conquista. The following 19 species were registered for the city: Cuscuta americana, Dichondra macrocalyx, Distimake aegyptius, D. cissoides, D. macrocalyx, Evolvulus alsinoides, E. glomeratus, E. latifolius, Ipomoea alba, I. aminicola, I. batatas, I. carnea, I. eriocalyx, I. incarnata, I. nil, I. purpurea, I. ramosissima, Jacquemontia glaucescens e J. nodiflora. Of these, Cuscuta americana, Dichondra macrocalyx, Evolvulus alsinoides, Ipomoea alba, I. amnicola, I. carnea, I. eriocalyx, I. nil, I. purpurea, I. ramosissima and Jacquemontia glaucescens are new records for the municipality. Distimake macrocalyx, Ipomoea aminicola and Jacquemontia glaucescens were the most frequent species.
