摘要:University education requires a change in teaching methodologies. The purpose of the study was to demonstrate that an approach to volleyball teaching characterized by a reflexive methodology, in team and competitive way, benefits an improvement in the level of team play (6-0 system) and an increase the students satisfaction. The sample consisted of 93 students (57 men and 36 women; 18-22 years old) of the University of Granada. A significant improvement in the level of team play and a high degree of satisfaction with the methodology used was obtained. Therefore, the feasibility and appropriateness of the intervention program developed was confirmed.
